Join super/collider and Ditto Press for an evening of illustration and science, focused on the subject of volcanoes.
The evening will begin with a 15 minute presentation about the history of volcanoes appearing in art. You will then have the opportunity to learn illustration techniques from illustrator Olivia Bargman. To celebrate the release of our new publication, Skinhead : An Archive, join us at Ditto for a special screening of 80's cult classic Made in Britain, hosted and presented by Toby Mott.
Directed by Alan Clarke, and starring Tim Roth, the film follows the tumultuous life of Trevor, a 16 year old misanthropic skinhead, and the authority's desperate attempts to protect him from himself.
The screening will take place in the Ditto gallery from 7pm, refreshments will be provided.
